“Amazing apartment in beautiful village”

We had the large studio V8 with a seperate bedroom. It was spotless clean (!) and very comfy. We felt like home and we would have liked to stay longer. Despite it being cold outside, the heating was easy to use & worked well. The bed was comfortable. Even though the bed sheets were thin, we had enough blankets to stay warm. Sabrina is lovely and made the check-in very easy. She was very attentive and has an eye for detail when decorating her apartments. It all looked quite new. You can tell that she cares about the apartments, she even cleans them herself. Sabrina gave us an upgrade which was very nice. She also helped us with parking. Sabrina gave us local cookies upon arrival and also provided breakfast items, such as milk, yogurt, packed croissants, cornflakes, cookies. The location of the apartment was amazing. We had a little balcony with a gorgeous view onto Castelmezzano and mountains. Certainly, several stairs to climb but what do you expect when staying in a mountainous village 😊 There are several hiking trials right outside which we highly recommend to try out. The area is beautiful. We highly recommend staying in Pietrapertosa and with Sabrina. We would give it an 11 if we could 🤗

“Comfort and charm in Pietrapertosa”

Pietrapertosa is one of the most picturesque villages in Italy, but unfortunately you cannot eat scenery. That is why enterprising locals like Sabrina have introduced quality accommodation to encourage tourists to linger and help support the town. We would have liked more time to linger, but were trying to adhere to the Volo D'Angelo schedule. The B+B is full of individual character due to Sabrina's quirky and imaginative style, but remains homely and welcoming. It sleeps a couple and two singles easily in the mezzanine. There is a decent kitchen and a cozy space for lounging. The bedroom was comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The apartment itself is up in the old atmospheric Saracen / Arabatana section. Sabrina supplies a nice simple breakfast and a proper coffee machine. She also generously added a collection of local savoury and sweet biscuits. She was also very attentive and helpful and responded to all requests. Altogether a great stay in a beautiful location.

A superb view over the mountings, great houses and streets. Big like for clean street and nice people we met.

Lovely place set in the spectacular town of Pietrapertosa. Sabrina the owner was wonderful, recommended a great restaurant and things to do and see.

Place was spotless and there was all we needed. It is renewed and everything seemed to be new. Location is a bit challenging if you have problems with your feet. House is located very high in village and there are lot of stairs on the way to apartment. But finally when you are there the view is superb and easily worth of climbing.

The place is seated in the very heart of town, in the maze of stone narrow streets - really cool! Very friendly, helpful and engaged owner. The place is nice and clean, and the beds are comfortable.

“Good location, owner always available”

Excellent location, the owner was very good and available all the times. The accommodation is good but not that big for a family of 4. We would have appreciated a better breakfast with fresh items like bread and other freshly baked items available in town, which we received in other b&b's nearby, rather than packed bisquits etc. All in all was good but a bit priced for what you get.

“Pietra Pertosa .”

Pietra Pertosa ranks as one of Italy's most beautiful Borghi . No surprise . I am gob smacked . From the little rising alleyways on the mountain crest , the distant gentle cowbells, the constant aroma of burning firewood hanging in the chilly air , the warmth and charm of the locals , the delicious cheese and ham platters , and then the cobbled mountain side pathway takes you up beside those monstrous granite cliffs to the renound Volo D'Angelo zip line , the Chapel, and the Castle at the very top. I'll recommend this village to my closest and will always mention it in every conversation about travels .
