“Catalonian comfort”

This is a beautiful guest house surrounded by forest and an incredible view of the Montserrat massif from the back garden terrace. The hosts are the most gracious and wonderful couple possible. Fabulous food and excellent imported Argentinian wine. It's just a great place and so relaxing and welcoming. Gracias!

Laura and Lalo were warm and lovely hosts and went out of their way to be helpful. The setting is beautiful - gorgeous views and very tranquil.

We were attending the Vilafranca town parties which was the reason we stayed there. So the locations was ideal based off (cost vs time vs availability) of other properties in the region. The house interior was well presented (ideal for a few days stay to enjoy the reading area and host cooking). The views were amazing looking the magical Montserrat Mountain range, as we selected a top floor room (with bathroom).

The Vi l'Art Wine Lodge was chosen to us due to the location and extremely good rating, place is and 1800's country house close to Cava region and Barcelona. Montserrat is easily accessed from here. Also great hiking areas are just nearby. Hosts Laura and Lalo are keeping the place in great shape, the food they make is great and the service level is something totally else than what you can wait. Lalo is a great cook and the vine's they chose to the meals were so good! We were there during hot season, but the location close to the hills and how they make the house work makes it a cool oasis even during hot days. We hope to make it back there some day. One of the best experiences in our many visits in northern Spain and Barcelona area. No kids means that they can only serve adults on the level what they like to keep. This is to keep the place as good as possible for the target audience.

Quiet and fresh air atmosphere, nice breakfast and very wonderful and amazing owners. I’m very grateful for organising a transport for me to get to my appointment.

The hosts are fantastic and the diner was amazing, a combination of Argentinian and local wonders!

This place is truly incredible! First of all its based in the middle of nowhere so you can properly rest and relax... The house is super cozy with a nice terrace and green garden! “Beautiful place and people”

This was a perfect place to relax. I loved the house and the terrace. The owners gave us wonderful service in a very kind and natural manner and made us feel at home. The food (dinner and breakfast) was great. We stayed in the twin room at the ground floor. Some other guests have commented that this room can be noisy, but it was perfectly quiet during our stay. I would also like to mention that reaching the property by public transport is not a problem. We came from Montserrat (the monestry) and followed the instructions on google maps, taking first the train, then a bus, and finally walked for 20-25 minutes (we had backpacks, not suitcases). We only stayed for one night, but would love to come back.

Beautiful property, with amazing views. There is a pool and many routes for hiking and walking through the vineyards. The house is decorated beautifully- incredible art. It is so clean and if I could give it 11 stars I would. Laura and Lalo have truly created paradise!

“A hidden gem inside the woods”

It's a beautiful restored villa in the middle of nature with a beautiful garden complete with outdoor swimming pool and a patio with sofas and tables. Its interior is as beautiful as the outside, with cozy rooms furnished with antiques and arts crafts. The food is also delicious and the hosts welcome you as if you're part of their family!
