“Beautiful flat in a convenient position”
A really nice flat conveniently located in the heart of Pienza, just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions. Bear in mind the car park is a 5-10 min walk away outside of the old town. The flat itself is super clean and equipped with everything you need including a full kitchen. There are two bedrooms equally comfortable. There’s a very nice restaurant that offers fresh pasta dishes just downstairs.

“Clean, central, friendly and great aircon :)”
Andrea was very welcoming, the attention to detail in the apartment was very evident, and the entire place spotless. The air conditioning worked well and we were so grateful for it! Fresh delivery of brioche in the morning, and top up of water bottles in the fridge. After we’d left Pienza, we realised our son had lost a toy. Andrea was kind enough to check at a cafe we thought we might have left it at.

“Perfect spot in Pienza”
The place was in a perfect location, really nicely decorated and very clean. The host was extremely helpful, providing information on where to park, and suggestions for restaurants, activities and hikes. Oh, and he dropped off warm croissants in the morning - what a treat!

“Exceptional”
The host Andrea was exceptional to work with. He was kind, Knowledgeable, attentive and communicative. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Andrea spent a lot of time paying attention to detail to account for the customers wants/needs. The apartment was well located within walking distance to most places. It is located in historic downtown Pienza. It is modern, clean, comfortable and easily accommodated our family of four. If I could give this a higher rating I would. We absolutely loved our time here.

“Perfect location and renovated cosy apartment in Pienza ❤️”
Perfectly clean apartment, in the most beautiful street in Pienza! Wonderful host, fresh croissants every morning in front of the door are the icing on the cake! Refrigerator full of milk, juices, yogurt... Jams, Nutella, toasted bread on the kitchen. Coffee, teas... everything for a real Italian breakfast ❤️ The host did not mind that by mistake we entered the child's age incorrectly. There is a quiet restaurant bellow. The apartment is on the first flour (steep stairs).

Andrea was an amazing, responsive and personable host who took the time upon check–in to give us loads of advice about things to see in the local area. His lovely, recently renovated apartment is in a super location in Pienza and is well–equipped, cosy and delightful. We loved our stay here and the time we spent in this beautiful part of Tuscany.
