After several days of traveling, I finally enjoyed one of the best showers I've had in a long time. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The breakfast was excellent, and Mauricio's hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and the staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful design features all over the B&B. A lot of thought, style and art went into the renovation. The large windows, high ceilings and bathrooms were my favorites.

The property was absolutely incredible, spotlessly clean, stylish and really unique. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the double headed shower was a great touch. Breakfast was excellent as well, fresh and generous, and a perfect way to start the day. We only stayed one night and honestly wish we’d booked longer. We will be recommending Garage47 to all our friends along with the beautiful town of Pienza! The hosts were so kind and helpful during our stay. When we had an issue with our rental car, the owner spoke directly with the rental company and even came with us to a local repair shop to help translate, as we don’t speak Italian. It made a stressful situation so much easier and we’re very grateful for the support.

I highly recommend staying here! You will truly get the best experience. Anna welcomed me warmly, like greeting an old friend, and Mattia was always kind and helpful during my stay. Breakfast by Maurizio was beautifully prepared, with the best cappuccino I’ve had in a long time. The room was spotless and the bathroom spacious. What touched me most was their generosity: when we needed to get to Chiusi train station, they tried everything to help, contacting many taxi drivers even though prices were unreasonably high because of weddings in town. In the end, Maurizio generously drove us himself. I am deeply grateful to this wonderful family and wish them all the best.

Everyone looking to visit Pienza, this is the place for you! First of all, location wise: 1 minute walk away from Pienza's historical center, which you cannot enter with a car because of the ZTL restriction. Luckily, GARAGE47 offers you FREE private parking! As for the place itself: Very well designed, with every detail taken into consideration by the owners. The owners were in touch with us since well before we arrived using WhatsApp and made sure everything was to our liking, including what type of pillows we liked and more. Very comfortable bed and fancy shower, TV with Netflix and of course an excellent breakfast offering the best ingredients that can be found in Pienza!

Brilliant conversion of a former industrial building, very comfortable with a large bedroom (huge bed) and shower room. The plumbing wouldn’t be our choice but is functional. The owners are great, very friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided is superb with lots of choice. Pienza is a great place to stay with gorgeous narrow streets and very old buildings, lovely to wander around. Not far to other gorgeous hill villages and having spacious parking on site is really handy.
