superb location. very quiet situated in a hill. free parking. room has a beautiful view with terrace. swimming available. owner is disable woman, ring the bell in the reception, therefore be patient. she doesn't speak english。definitely will be back.

“Quiet escape ...”
The location is the best part of this property. It is also very quiet. It is located not far from various spots such as Pienza, Bagno Vignoni etc.

“Stunning location & views, very relaxing, dreaming of that pool. :)”
Perched on a hill with 360-degree views, the location is absolutely perfect -- almost halfway between Pienza and San Quirico -- so easy to reach both. The pool and surrounding was big and relaxing, perfect for me and my pups to play ball and chill. Loved the opportunities for walking around the property's little lakes. All in all, a very relaxing stay, which is what I was looking for!

“Great location, great pool, not the best beds”
Location is amazing with incredible views from all directions. Quiet, relaxing. Pool is really great too; pool is quite large, pool towels provided, umbrellas and sun beds and great views. Large apartments with everything you need.

quintessential tuscany . the property has all the locations you need for postcard views. lady was supernice kitchen was great. located right in the middle of san quirico and pienza

“the real toscan experience”
everything, we came in the fall, so no pool for us, But the views are amazing. the owners are very kind, Even though they dont speak english. the location is on the road between pienza and sân quirico, the landscape is simply amazing. 100% reccomend!

Its great value for money! Good location, a few minutes drive to Coop, half an hour drive to Montepulciano. Quiet place, we loved the pool, the view and the house. Definitely worth coming back to!
