- The mattress needs to be replaced as the springs are done for. - There is NO window. - It is not "whole property to yourself" but a basement room (there is another) with a small kitchen and bathroom with a separate entry than the main house. - The house's floors lack insulation so when the house owners walk above you, you can hear their every move. - Location is far away from Ontario's attractions, about an hours worth.

“Sparkling Clean & organized”

Extremely clean with everything you might need; very organized. I especially appreciate the tall standing heater that kept this basement apartment toasty warm and comfortable. There's a mini fridge and coffee maker and coffee which I did not use. Messages and reminders on the walls, great idea. Shower is tight but manageable. The lighting is very good especially in the washroom. The bed is a futon and a little bit lumpy but not horrible. You might want to bring a firm pillow if you are a side sleeper. Not much space in the washroom counter. Adequate number of towels and decent size. The TV is mounted to the wall and works well. The door code for the outside door and inside "Guest Room" suite works well. Outside the "suite" is a large garbage can. Overall, very organized.
