The room was dark, sad with poor furnishings. The breakfast was totally forgettable - undrinkable coffee, dry bread. Not good value for money.

Great room on the upper floor with a balcony overlooking the nice little street with view up to the Duomo. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast was fine. Parking was easy and only a very short walk away. Piazza Armerina is definitely worth a visit - not only because of the Casa Romana del Casale. The little city is very, very beautiful.

Xenia is in a perfect location in the old town. The rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast room is pleasant.

“Excellent Host”
The room was beautiful and great location in the heart of Piazza Armerina. The host was exceptional, we were there for a wedding and after not being able to get a taxi, she took us herself. Highly recommend the property if you are wanting to stay in the area.

Historic location and so close to various sites, as well as the Villa Romana and the mosaics. We had a lovely meal in a small restaurant near one of the churches, so lovely! Xenia B&B is well located and within walking distance of all interesting places in Piazza Armerina.

“Great place to stay”
Lovely old house with lots of original character and charm in a very central location. Clean, efficient heating/air conditioning, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water.

The b&b has a nice vibe, it's situated in the old city area,not difficult to find. It was clean, spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and this was an extra point.

“Sonia was lovely and the location brilliant.”
A great location for walking to the old centre. Sonia was very helpful and put herself out to help us find parking which is very tricky in these old historic centres if you have a biggish car.

“authentic house”
location - just in the middle of the historic area. room is big. wifi was good. you can use the kitchen when you want. no limit for water for you to drink. free parking not far away.

Great location but really hard to find the location of the carpark. You can’t stop outside to unload bags. Call in advance if arriving out of normal working hours for someone to open up A ‘welcome pack’ with local information about restaurants etc would also be really useful.
