This hotel was one of the best. Staff were so helpful and friendly, I was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again. The service staff were pleasant and attentive. Room was clean and smelled clean too. They serve a complimentary breakfast and that was always good with variety, and healthy options. Their free shuttle service to and from the mall, and the airport was a great added amenity.

“Good Place to Stay - but very expensive!”

The location is great for the airport and access into Port of Spain. The staff were very helpful and provided details of restaurants that do take-away (as their is no on site restaurant). The rooms were very typical of chain hotel rooms and comfy. The breakfast was better than expected with a reasonable variety of hot and cold foods.

The room was very comfortable Breakfast was good with generous choices.

The rooms were very comfy and the staff very helpful. They do not have a restaurant but they have shuttles to the local mall (which has several restaurants/take away places) and a list of places that will deliver. The breakfast was reasonable with some hot items available along with yoghurt, fruit, cereal etc.

“Amazing Reception team and Shuttle Staff…”

The property is somewhat off the main area/road but the hotel makes up for that with its free shuttle service; not only to and from the airport but also to malls and shopping areas. From the time I arrived the staff was willing to go above and better, and always with a smile on their faces. The staff at reception made my stay memorable and I will definitely recommend. The breakfast which was included was also good, not a huge selection but perfect for me.

The hospitality and friendly of the staffs it was a wonderful stay. They was prompted to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Breakfast was very good, enjoyed it fully. Airport Shuttle was pretty good. had a little wait at the airport which was understandable with the traffic. Driver was friendly :)

The reception was excellent...very well mannerd and efficient. I had 2 special requests and they emailed me promptly to let me know that they will grant them. That I greatly appreciated. I am OCD therefore sanitizer and cleaning supplies are staples in my luggage , I become the cleaner the moment I enter a room but here felt so clean that I didn't feel the need... but still did, habit I guess. Also all the major shopping hubs and airport are minutes away most importantl....I will highly recommend this hotel.
