Willing and helpful staff.

A budget guesthouse offering good value at around £15 per night. The hosts were friendly, and we felt safe and secure during our stay. The room could benefit from some general upkeep, but overall, it was a good option for a short stay in Kampot. The location is excellent, being just a few minutes' walk to the riverside.

Easy and simple check in. The family who own the place are so lovely and friendly and so welcoming to their home. They serve Khmer and Thai food, both of which are excellent and authentic. Location is amazing, 5 min walk in each direction to lots of cafes and restaurants. We wish the family the best of luck in the future :)

“Ok but cleaning needs to be better”

Staff is friendly, breakfast is ok and is made to order (although not many western options), location is good, WIFI is fine, complementary bottles of water are a nice touch (because it got really hot)

My review is in the context that this is a guesthouse and not a hotel room - and it was a nice experience. First, room was not fancy but clean. They have a restaurant where you can have breakfast and taste local food. The location was good, I could walk in 10 min to the old market street where all the food and interesting shops are. Lastly, the guesthouse is run by a really warm and nice family. The Dad gave me a packet of the local fragrant tea leaves on my last day as I loved sipping it every morning at breakfast.

They let me into my room when I arrived at 8am. They were friendly and helpful. They helped me do laundry. The breakfasts were delicious.

The location is ideal, it's 500 m walk to the "Old Market". The room is really big with air conditioning and a fan. Lea, who runs the guesthouse with her parents, is not only extremely helpful and solution-oriented, but also attaches great importance to it Avoiding single-use plastic. The cuisine is excellent! Thai and Khmer food at a very, very good level. Thanks Aon. I felt very good and safe with Lea and her parents. And thank you Lea and your family.

“A homey family run guesthouse that will make you want to extend your stay in Kampot!”

Lea’s is new, clean and practical. It has an excellent location in the city center. It is a family run guesthouse and feels very safe. The rooms are very spacious and also include a small table and chairs as well as a kitchen sink, perfect for if you’re planning to stay a little longer in Kampot. The room has both air conditioner and fan. The bed is large and very comfortable. The owner and her family are extremely accomodating and allowed us to extend our stay twice and helped us organise scooters. The guesthouse also has a delicious restaurant that makes fantastic Khmer and Thai food, not to mention some of the best coffee in town!

Excellent. I like everything

The service was very good, the accommodations were clean, everything was there, the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place.  If I go to Kampot again  I will definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent and close to everythig including a new Lucky Express supermarket. The restuarant serves great Khmer and Thai food of generous portions. The rooms are spacious and airy and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
