I was there earlier than check in time. The staff let me wait in the restaurant on ground floor and help to see if the room is ready before check in time to let me in earlier. The room is very clean, amenities ready and very clean. I had a good rest without worried.

Accessible to everything, close to the old town city. Easy access and peaceful area. The room is clean and environment. Staff is so helpful and acommodating

It was near the centre of Phuket, so all old town sites are at a walkable distance. The staff was very courteous.

Very nice boutique hotel on the edge of the old town, with a good cafe, clean and comfortable bed and bath, the young guys at the front desk are super polite and helpful, just a short 1 km walk from the old town.

First and foremost it was one of the most comfortable beds I slept in during my travels! So spacious and comfortable pillows. The room and the en-suite bathroom was also very spacious and clean, good shower and amazing towels (also hard to find). The area is nice and comparably quiet, there is a 7 11 in 5min walking distance. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! They helped us organize our itinerary and book ferries, gave recommendations and offered us beach towels for our day boat tour. I would immediately come back.

The young tall boy who welcomed us was wonderful. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. As a person myself who is working in tourism industry, a warm welcome is highly appreciated. The rest of the reception/ restaurant staff was also nice, everybody was always smiling! The hotel has a nice location. The room was beautiful and clean, it was also quite sunny.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, good area downstairs where you are allowed to work from. Room had all the amenities you needed and it was quite spacious. Good location and quiet.
