would like to thank you for arranging the refund for my reservation (Booking.com no. 5804657097). I appreciate your assistance in resolving the financial aspect of this matter. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience and handling of the situation. Being informed that my confirmed reservation could not be accommodated caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. As a guest, I had relied on the confirmation and expected the reservation to be honored. While the refund has been processed, the situation reflects a lack of proper planning and communication from the hotel’s side. I believe this is an area that requires improvement to ensure future guests do not face similar issues. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your internal processes to prevent such occurrences in the future.

“Mostly great value for budget travelling”

The property is very pretty and well maintained and this extends to the rooms. The air conditioning functions with no issue which is always good in Thailand. The bathroom is lovely and spacious. The room also contains a wardrobe with coat hangers which is great to dry out your damp clothes from snorkelling and other common island activities.

I stayed in a shared bunk bad Room it was very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Traditional hotel with unique rooms. Clean room and bathroom but a bit basic.. Lovely lounge area and fantastic coffee available. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good basic restaurant v close by.

The interior design of the house is amazing and elegant. I love the staff's warm welcoming and etc.

The receptionist was really helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Lovely atmosphere of the cafe on the first floor. Garden was lovely and we had an amazing stay. There was also a great laundromat nearby.

Super recommended! Pretty good location, fabulous staff and the dorm was just like it's in the pics. It's a really cool space, and comfortable. They have a nice café in the lobby and backyard (kind of a secret garden).
