The location was very rural and quiet - you would not even know that it was there. When the sat nav directions end, there are signs at the roadside explaining how to carry on to the destination - literally a couple of minutes further on. A hidden gem of a place, just a 20 - 30 minute drive from fig tree bay and Nissi beaches. Ayia Nappa was around 30 mins drive and Larnaca airport 40 mins drive. It is important to know that you do need to have / hire a car. The property has had some real careful thought and design, it is magnificent and the pictures do not do it justice. It does have the real 'wow' factor. Th local stone that has been used is just beautiful and the attention to detail is second to none. The breakfast bar must weigh several tonnes ! The pool is huge. The sauna gets up to between 90 - 100°c (perfect) outdoor toilet and shower facilities for the pool. Great outdoor bbq area. The gardens are lovely and attract wildlife. We had fresh eggs from the farm next door delivered daily - which was a lovely touch. They brought us wood round to have the stove lit on cooler evenings. My daughter enjoyed picking fresh lemons and oranges from the trees in the farm next door. She liked watching the frogs and fish in the pond, that was almost like a mini jungle area. We had tea, honey, wraps, milk, for the week, eggs, and cereals left for us, as we arrived late at night. We did not have to buy any cleaning materials / wash tablets for the dishwasher, toilet rolls - there was plenty left for us to use. Plenty of towels left in the utility room for everyone. The beds were all super comfy, extra pillows if needed and plenty of cupboard space, drawers and wardrobes for hanging clothes etc. They even had Smart Controls for the lighting which was super easy to find and be able to easily switch on / off the lighting throughout and in the garden.

• The villa is absolutely stunning, with a huge and beautifully maintained property that looks amazing both during the day and at night. The lighting plays a big role in creating a fantastic atmosphere. • The house itself is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. •Fully equipped with all necessary amenities: four bedrooms, two showers, and two toilets. • The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and there’s also a great grill. • Amazing outdoor lounge area. • The swimming pool is spotless and very well-maintained. • Two excellent saunas: a traditional sauna and a hammam. The sauna is especially impressive. • Good location: only 40 minutes from Larnaca, 20 minutes from a smaller town with a Lidl, various specialized stores, restaurants, and bars. 40 minutes to Ayia Napa. • While the villa is near the Green Line, there is absolutely no reason to worry. The area is completely safe, and we didn’t encounter any patrols, checkpoints, or anything similar. • The host was fantastic - he gave great recommendations for nearby places to visit and helped with anything we needed in the house. • Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s an incredible stay, an amazing value for the price, and probably the best option you can find in Cyprus.

Very beautiful garden, outdoor area is huge and nice. Mansion is stony and well equiped. The location itself is great for those who do not need city life hustle and bustle as mansion is located away from the city, but we liked it as we were searching for a place away from all hustle. Unfortunatelly the weather in Cyprus was really cold during our stay, as the mansion is really big it wasn't enough only fireplace to warm up all the area. There are air conditionairs in every room, we used them for heating :) we liked everything and I believe we were just not lucky with the weather and it always felt that we are freezing. The coziest place in mansion were near fireplace :)

It would be great fun if the villa had a table tennis or pool table.

What a fabulous place. The outside is spectacular and the mansion itself has so much character! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Loved that would could bring out dog as well! She loved it just as much as we did. Vasos has been amazing - he let us check in earlier and his communication with us was great.

The property was way beyond expectation - which when you go through the pictures is difficult to comprehend! It seemed bigger and grander in person. The Pool, Kitchen and BBQ made the trip for us.

Huge space, beautiful place with lots of Green, Peaceful and Quiet. Very big pool, Saunas are great and lots of clave for the entire area
