I loved everything! This place exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and friendly. The room and the entire property were spotless, and all the facilities were well-maintained, in excellent condition, and felt brand new. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff always took great care of us. They helped prepare breakfast, checked whether we needed housekeeping, and greeted us with warm smiles every day. (we are the couple with three teddy bears if you guys remember us :) The location is unbeatable. The historical sites are literally right in front of you—just step outside, and there they are. It's also within walking distance of plenty of cafés and restaurants, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayutthaya!

The area is good. Many restaurants surrounding. Beds are 5ft good size. Toilet space is huge. Room included breakfast set in common area. But we didnt have it. We went out too early. Easy checkin - out.

Perfect stay and stop for one night in Ayutthaya. Just in front of the main temples. The host is sympathic and gives a lot of recommendations. To recommend. Tip : don't miss to book a tuktuk for a full day in order to visit all the temples you want, it's really a super cheap plan, and we found better than renting a bike. Thanks for all !

Clean room, very nice personnel, good placement

Loved my stay at Yimwhan House! Everything is very clean, each bed has its own smart tv, there is a washing machine you can use without any charge and the staff (very very friendly) prepares fresh breakfast every morning. I extended because I liked it so much, would definitely come back!

Clean, cozy, great location, great staff, amazing breakfast. 4-bed dorm with 2 shower rooms separate from 2 toilets, keeping it clean and sense of privacy. Thoughtful decoration with functional touch: 3- light mode mirror, TV with headphones for every bed. Quick response when communicating through bookings. Staffs onside were amazing as well. So welcoming, kind, and helpful. Free breakfast was a huge bonus. Taste good, filling, varieties well balanced (Better than many of the paid ones I experienced) Thank you very much. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to everyone.

The Location is perfect, near the temples and walking distance to many restaurants and street food market. The room was very clean and cosy and the host very helpful. We loved it for a stop over. Thanks!

The staff was very nice, friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Location is perfect. Easy access to the historical park. 30 sec to Wat Ratchaburana. I could also rent a bicycle through the property.
