Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The owner, Ann, really goes out of her way to meet everyone's needs and ensure that you have an enjoyable time, including excellent recommendations on the best spots to eat and visit. All the rooms are gorgeously decorated, such that it feels like a real home. My room had a balcony with great views and the bed was super comfy. There is even an extremely well-equiped communal kitchen and roof garden with awesome views of the river and local temple. The location is fab, with the old city an easy walk away and fantastic nighttime food market right outside.

The owner is very kind, she also gave me the opportunity to take a shower after checking out before taking the night bus to Chang mai

I loved my stay at this hotel located next to the night market and overlooking the river. The terrace is very pleasant, and both the rooms and common areas are very clean. It's clear that everything is well-maintained. The manager is friendly and even offered me a larger room as soon as it became available, with a table and chair for my tablet and a small balcony. I was able to rent a bicycle, and she was very accommodating with the price. I highly recommend this family-run hotel where you feel right at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, and coffee, tea, and water are provided free of charge.

In this riverside hostel—a three-level, all-wood building with a traditional feel—the atmosphere is magical, especially early in the morning. On the second floor, you can look out the large window overlooking the river (best in the morning or at dusk) and enjoy the view of the boats traversing the river, the lush vegetation (including palm and mango trees), and the large (modern) temple located on the other side. On the top floor, there's a large, fully equipped kitchen with a lovely terrace offering stunning views. Having breakfast and dinner on the terrace, when it's windy, is a priceless experience. Furthermore, the place is spotlessly clean, well-kept, and relatively quiet (aside from a few dogs barking at night on the side of the small square in the front). The location is very central: everything you need is a five-minute walk away (and, if you need it, you can rent a bike for 50-60 baht a day, directly from the host). Finally, the owner is a thoughtful and lovely person who goes out of her way to make you feel at home. If you're traveling to Ayutthaya as a backpacker (alone or as a couple), you'll love this place.

Nice view of the river, big terrace (rooftop) where you can have breakfast or dinner, just 10 min cycling from major temples and literally next to everything you need (7-eleven, street food, pharmacy, etc.). The host was very welcoming and ready to do anything to help me get comfortable.

A property with incredible charm and personality. A wooden building overlooking the river, a market, and a temple. My room had wonderful windows. I slept very well, it was clean, and the price was very low. The owner is kind and shows character, just like the property she manages. Well done, BRAVA!!

Great location, close to markets, beautiful river view, 15m walk from the major temples. Good quality linens, comfortable, stunning bed and room. Very clean. Lively rooftop terrace and nice big kitchen. The owner/manager was so helpful and nice!
