This was absolutely fabulous, we really loved our stay at T & N home. The family symbolise everything that is beautiful about Thailand and its people. They are wonderful, helpful, happy and very accomodating with such beautiful generosity. The Property is in a fabulous location, you can easily walk to the night market, river, local meat market and a wide range of restaurants and Wats. The prices here are a little bit lower than Bangkok, but the food is even better.

I appreciated the watermelon at check-in, and the cheap rate. I did not stay for breakfast as it started at 8am and Ayutthaya was already very hot by that time, I wanted to explore the sites while the air was cool (ish). I enjoyed riding the bike, although better bikes can be rented near the train station.

Great location, room with everything we needed, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Option to buy food and drink in the room or at reception, bag storage for the whole day and they even booked us a really affordable sunset temple boat tour (£5 each). Breakfast included too which was delicious and a nice touch.

“Friendly family stay!”

The family who run T&N Homestay were so nice and helpful. Only the daughter speaks English but the whole family is very friendly. It's fairly basic but the breakfast is fresh and tasty, and every afternoon, they give you a Tupperware of fresh watermelon--delicious in the heat. Aircon in the room worked well. Amazing value for money and near lots of interesting sights and good places to eat.

Very friendly owner!

People are kind and helpfull. There is bike on site and possibility to book a boat tour. Then, there is a minibar in the room ^^ it permitt to remedy a lack of basic things, really helpful for late arrival.

“Super comfortable stay and very friendly hosts”

The room was spacious and very clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags at the property after we had checked out, before getting a night train late in the evening, and also allowing us to come back to the property and shower before the night train too.

The family was delightful, charming, loving, and caring. You feel right at home here. The grandmother always sends you cold, sliced ​​watermelon to your room. So thoughtful. It's a child-friendly place. Be prepared for a bit of noise. The rooms are new and beautiful! There's a huge night market just around the corner. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Owners were all super friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was great and they were flexible with their eating times - we always had ours early so we could get out and about earlier. We were given containers of watermelon every time we came back which was a refreshing treat!!

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful they even bought a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday.and allowed us to shower and change before taking the night train. The whole place was extremely clean. A good breakfast is included.
