“Fair”
The toilet seat had a trace of pee. No hand-wash soup. The space is too much. The towels are so Fragrancy.

“Value for money”
The property is in the university campus but is privately run. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet at night although close to the highway. Room is large and decently equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Thai choices were tasty. Nice fruit selection. Inexpensive. Will stay here again next time. Recommended for those looking for value for money accommodation with standard services.

The area was quiet. Very clean. Customer service great. I wish I could remember her name. I asked directions for 7-11, she proceeded to give me directions, saw I was confused and said she can help me order on Line for delivery. 10mins of her time, spoke good english helped me a lot. Very good customer service.

“Large, well maintained and clean rooms with friendly staff.”
The rooms were very big and well maintained. Great little cafe on the ground floor. Very secure being within the university grounds with 24hr security staffed entrances.

“Good sized room, clean and great value for money!”
The hotel staff were friendly, the good sized room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The Breakfast was only 150/adult and FREE for young children - it was great value.
