Fantastic swimming pool - great for short swim sets. 🏊 Safe storage for our 2 bicycles 🚲 Walking distance to 7 Eleven, shops restaurants. Walking distance to Wat Mahathat and other Temple sites. HIGHLY recommended 😍

Amazing little gem of a place, tucked away but immediately accessible to lots of bars. Amazing staff (especially Sue). Great hosts, pool and breakfast. The sofas pool side were the ideal chill spot in the evening.

The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out, everything was well maintained and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. They made the stay very comfortable and gave great service.

The staff are fantastic, especially Sue, whose west Yorkshire accent is somewhat unique. We were made so welcome and have relaxed in the pool each and every day. We would definitely return again and recommend to any traveller to Ayutthaya.

Good location. Some friendly staff some not so much. Pool is good, room was large. The lady doing breakfast was lovely.

staff exceptional. first time really (!) good vegetarian breakfast. beds were really comfortable. we had a great balkony (attached to our big room, the others are rather small).

We loved everything for our 2 night stay. The hotel is on the older side but everything was incredible clean and well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and there is AC. Breakfast was great, as was the pool and loungers beside it. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would 100% stay here again!

Property owners were so helpful, and spoke English very well, organised a tour when we arrived for that afternoon, hired a scooter that was dropped off to us, and sorted out our bus service pickup for our departure. Rooms were sufficient and tidy. Bed was comfortable and great aircon. Really good pool area that all guests enjoyed hanging out after the days tours.

“Short stay in nice but rather a bit old guesthouse”

The property is a guesthouse run by private owners. We only spent one night there, so we didn't have much to say. We arrived around 8:00 PM and checked out around 8:30 AM, right after breakfast. We were greeted very warmly. Our room and bathroom were past their best. The bed linen was washed but had stains. The towels were also clean, but very worn. The bathroom shower was open and located opposite the entrance to the bathroom, so everything was wet, and the drain was clogged. The sink was tiny. We had to log in to wifi again after return to room after night city walk. For a such a short stay like ours, the conditions were bearable and there's nothing to complain about. For a longer stay, it would probably have been tiring. Breakfast was served from 8:00 am and was quite good. You could order eggs, toast, croissants, jam, margarine, milk, and cereal. There were plenty of different fruits, all of which were infested with fruit flies. There were no traditional Thai cooked meals.

Great location in the centre of town. Close to the bars and restaurants. Great value clean accommodation with friendly staff and a lovely swimming pool. I'm from Yorkshire and never did I expect to meet a member of staff there that was a Yorkshire girl. You kept me amused and made me laugh! I recommend this establishment.

Pool was great, the location was great. We could walk to a few night markets. The staff organised tours to the temples. Rooms were comfortable, We stayed 2 nights, did one full day tour and a river night tour of the temples. It was enough.
