Nice hotel. Owner trusts customer. What a wonderful hotel has many systems. Rooms are over my expectations than 5 star hotels.. very cleaned and arranged the room. Even necessary materials you can find in the room. Owner is very well about know the hospitality industry and well as as the the technology. There is no negative comments for this hotel. May be place a designated smoking are will be helpful . I and my family really satisfied and would like to rate 100%. I work in. 5 star hotels in different countries and never seen such a systems base hotel. Recommend to choose this hotel strongly

The breakfast was delicious and very filling, but it would be great to have more sweet potions (like pancakes, croissants, etc). The room was spacious and had a good Aircon. The bathroom was spacious too. Always hot water. The bed was firm and comfortable. White towels, toiletries (gel and shampoo provided). Couple of bottles of water provided in the fridge. It was freezing so well that water froze to ice. It really exceeded my expectations, very friendly staff and we managed to communicate even with limited English. I would stay there again. They didn't enter the room during my stay and I had to leave the bin outside to empty it.

“Fabulous guesthouse”
Great B&B with lovely owners. It was peaceful and relaxing. I stayed in a double room, it was super clean, modern and spacious. Aircon was good. The bedding was supersoft, cosy and comfy. The size of the room and bathroom impressed me. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, a choice of 3 Thai dishes; plus toast, fruit and tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Served on an open, cool veranda with fans for comfort. There is a secure parking area. I enjoyed my stay here and will use this guesthouse again when I'm in Ayutthaya.
