“Perfect for a couple of nights visiting the national park”
Great location for the park. Nice modern condo. It’s self check in but the host was very attentive and responded very quickly to any questions. Host arranged day/night safari and everything worked like clockwork. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Nice views from balcony so you can see birds. Very clean and quiet.

“Perfect stay”
Everything! It was our favourite part of Ayutthaya, Duang is so kind and helpful she did everything to make us comfortable , the room is spotless and well designed , everything you could possibly need is available. Really had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay, you won’t find anything better than this place anywhere.

“Brilliant stay”
Arrived earlier than anticipated and was able to check in early. Owner was very helpful always and made sure I got into my Grab to Bangkok. Room was very spacious and clean. Loved the bedside table and lights. Bathroom was spacious with warm water. AC worked great and was nice to have a fridge.

“Lovely stay”
We stayed at this beautiful, off the tourist areas, inn for three nights. Service: The owner is very friendly and helped us with all our questions throughout our stay and went out her way several times to make our stay wholesome. Location: The location is a bit off the main attractions of Ayutthaya, compared to other places, though one can reach the information centre by foot within 30 minutes. The surrounding has rural buildings, which is why sound sensitive people may find the animals nearby a bit loud. Tidiness: All guest houses above a certain financial level are usually spotless in Thailand, but the cleanliness here was even on top of that. Facilities & Furnishing: Everything we'd wish for in a hotel, we found here. Hair Dryer, soap, chairs to dry ones sweaty clothes, you name it.

“Great location to explore Ayutthaya. Value for money”
Lovely modern property, extremely comfortable bed and very helpful and kind owner. We really liked the location - a couple in our 50s, we like to walk and found it a safe and pleasant area to walk around. Across the road from a park with some ancient ruins and also easy to walk to all the main historic sites in 20 to 30 minutes through another 2 lovely and quiet parks. Tuk tuks and grab also very accessible if needed. We ventured into Ayutthaya town on the other side of the parks and didn’t think it was as nice or quiet an area. Lots of good restaurants and street food in walking distance in the evening. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. The property is kept spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Photos are from park which is 5 minute walk from the property
