“Lovely hotel”
I stay here in March. Really clean and comfy rooms with excellent service from staff. You get an amazing view and pool is so nice. The gym is equipped full option for full training and the morning breakfast was good too. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Great location and close to tourist area. This hotel so many many guest come here kind of bit busy. Good to meet new friends lol.

“Great swimming pool with Elephants :)”
good location, not right in the middle of the chaos but close enough!!! swimming pool is great, large enough. and Very good ambiance!!! Roof top bar is ok. I think you'd benefit from a designer touch the rooftop and make it a little bit more pretty.

Excellent staff, super nice people, very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with a pool table and table tennis. Cute, quiet little chirps from the baby pigeons living in the air conditioner was actually quite nice to wake up too. Nice view of the city from the balcony.

“Good location, nice size rooms. Some oddities with hotel.”
Size of the room was great and the beds large. Air con was good although fan was loud. Swimming pool area was nice and facilities looked good. Including gym. Although I did not use them. Staff very friendly and attentive. Always polite with good English.

I had a wonderful stay at Poulo Wai Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Phnom Penh with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day in the city. The swimming pool and fitness facilities were a great bonus, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, Poulo Wai Hotel offers excellent value for money and combines comfort with outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

“Wonderful Stay”
I recently stayed at Poulo Wai Hotel and was impressed. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile, which made me feel truly welcome. I also enjoyed the breakfast there was a good variety of fresh food to choose from, and the quality was excellent. The hotel’s location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Phnom Penh’s attractions. One of the highlights was the hotel’s high skybar, which offers a great view overlooking the city and the river. it’s the perfect place to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful scenery. The pool area was another highlight clean and a great spot to unwind after a day out. Overall, I highly recommend Poulo Wai Hotel for both business and leisure stays. I look forward to coming back!
