“Don't sell rooms you don't have. Or own your mistake, and offer immediate refund.”
The staff repeatedly tried to put me on the lowest floor of the hotel when my booking said "high floor". I had to fight for high floor, but then it was not the same room. I left and canceled.

“Recommend this apartment hotel in good location in Phnom Penh”
Excellent location in the BKK area, with lots of fabulous restaurants in walking distance. The gym and pool were excellent. The staff were very lovely (in contrast to some of the earlier reviews). Our apartment was perfect for 3 people - the 2nd bedroom was a good sized single bed, so check which room you are booking if there are 4 of you. There is a USD100 deposit required on check in (cash only) - this is made clear in the Booking.com terms and a receipt is given. We had no problem getting it back, again in contrast to the experience of some of the earlier reviewers.

“Comfortable and quality with laundry room!”
Comfortable spacious room with v comfy bed, nice bedding, good bathroom, TV options, laundry facilities a bonus and why we booked as on a long trip, snacks replaced daily with cold beers etc. The pool was clean and nice view onto river in distance and the fascinating construction work of foundations for new big building. Did not disturb us bit was very interesting to look into.

Security was excellent & helpful. All reception staff were friendly & helpful. Good location, close to Eon shopping mall. Complimentary mini bar was well stocked & great snacks provided daily. Reception helped organize transport to next location, competitive pricing range. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds.

“Great stay in PP.”
Clean and comfortable apartment. Mini bar and snacks replenished daily. A quick pastry and coffee available every morning. The security staff were amazing, helping us to navigate the road outside.

“Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms, pool are is lovely.”
The hotel offers free barista coffee and pastries every morning. They also have free filtered water available in the lobby and pool areas. The rooms are exceptional and the free mini bar includes beers, cool drinks and snacks replenished daily. There is a supermarket across the road for your convenience.

“A good, homely stay”
All beverages and snacks are complimentary and are of good quality. Firm mattress and very comfortable pillows. Wide selections of Tv programs. Attentive security guards/bell captain.

“More than price!”
High quality of beddings, welcome free drinks in a refrigerator and some snacks are absolutely fabulous. Nice bread and coffee for breakfast and swimming pool on the top roof are also excellent. Further more, the guy at the door(especially one guy) was super kind, let us cross the busy road. We never could reach the other side of the road, full of cars and bikers…!
