“An Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Hospitality, Spa Facilities and Attention to Detai”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arthur & Paul and can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable hotel and spa experiences I have had in many years. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. My airport transfer had been arranged seamlessly by the hotel, making the start of my Cambodian adventure completely stress-free. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find a beautiful platter of fresh tropical fruit waiting for me, a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for the rest of my stay. A special thank you to Thibaud, the owner, for his warm welcome letter and for taking the time to personally introduce himself and chat during my visit. That level of personal engagement is increasingly rare and was greatly appreciated. I was fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade, and the accommodation exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the pool area, as well as the separate shower room and toilet, which added an extra level of comfort and convenience. The housekeeping team deserves enormous credit. The cleanliness standards were second to none, and every area of the property was maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The breakfast service was another highlight. Having breakfast delivered to my room each morning felt like a genuine luxury and was a wonderful way to start each day. The main restaurant menu was equally impressive, offering a diverse range of options for both lunch and dinner, with something to suit every taste. The spa facilities are outstanding and clearly one of the hotel's greatest strengths. What an exceptional place! very inclusive for LGBTQ+ community. The room is very convenient and the bed is comfy. Breakfast was served by the owner (Thibaud), who is very attentive to my needs with juice and a few options. The A&P boys were very friendly, they gave me a warm welcome and greeted me every time I left the room or came back to the hotel. I had a great service from Valery and Matthieu. They gave me the best experience in Phnom Penh, with great service and always attentive to my needs. Definitely be back with A&P! At night, there are many people around the sauna area so you can also meet more people.

Almost everything is perfect!

This is a small gay hotel with excellent service, friendly and smiley staff as well as with the good amenities. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Also their restaurant was really good - had dinner there twice. You choose the breakfast from given options but it is good a varied from 6.30 till noon. Would return here again if visiting the city.

That place is an oasis in the middle on Phnom Penh. The staff and the owner are really friendly, the food is good, the hotel is really clean, they can arrange transport for you. It’s a must. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend 100%. Plus, for those who like to have fun, after 8PM there’s plenty to look at or to play with.

Everything, from the welcome to all of the hotel services. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. They really look after you. The facilities and rooms are lovely. Breakfast is fantastic. Thibaud has got the whole guest experience down to a fine art.

Property lovely Host Thibaud. Welcomed me gave me his pvt number if needed and what a good host should do just Let the guest enjoy.. Big hug to his handsome boys from day one till departure looked after me. The room was clean hotel spotless. breakfast was great I went 9am days. . Menu for evening meal a lot to choose from and I did. . Thibaud boys helped me out with loco taxi. Room great. Food great. And yes handsome boy to start your day massage you will enjoy. Owner Thibaud and bar staff Gui and Marcel are the best! Fantastic atmosphere and great chance to meet other stay-in guests and locals at night in the sauna area.
