I like this hotel - second time for me to stay there. Very convenient location near airport of course. Staff is friendly and the staff is very attentive. Hotel in general and rooms are clean ++

Just 5 min from the airport, and the airport shuttle was included in the price. Very helpful personnel, who kept our luggage for some days. The rooms are huge and clean with comfy beds. There are only Chinese restaurants around, and the hotel's restaurant closes at 7pm, however, you can order online and eat at the tables downstairs.

The staff were very helpful. I forgot to take a bag when checking out and went to the airport. The staff called the shuttle car driver that I left a bag behind.

“The water in the shower was very small and the shower head was broken.”
The air conditioner in the first room was broken, then I was moved to another room, and then the shower head was broken.The water dripped all night and it was like something out of a horror movie, so disappointing.

“Nice short stay.”
Staff at the hotel were lovely, they helped us print of some documents for our next location. Room was lovely and clean, bed was really comfy so we're the pillows. Shower was nice and hot. The hotel offers free complementary shuttle service to the airport which is less than 10 minutes away.
