A fantasic boutique hotel, even better than the pictures. Our room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the moat. The staff is truly outstanding, especially the chap (really sorry can't spell your name) who served us the most amazing breakfasts. Location great a 10 min walk to restraunts.

“If you stay in Phitsanulok you will not regret to stay there”

This exquisitely renovated hotel combines old-fashioned charm with very stylish, high-quality design. During our several-month-long journey, it was without question the hotel with the most polite, attentive, and helpful staff we encountered. Every single team member was exceptionally friendly and professional. The owner herself was not present when we arrived, but she left us a warm and thoughtful welcome letter and personally came to greet us on our second day, which made us feel truly valued and at home. When we unfortunately lost our daughter’s bag containing important medication in a taxi, the hotel staff provided outstanding support. They immediately contacted the taxi company, made multiple calls on our behalf, and handled the situation with great care and determination until the bag was successfully recovered. Their help was simply excellent and deeply appreciated. The hotel also features a wonderful café with very lovely, high-quality porcelain tableware and a beautifully designed interior. While the furnishings may be a little delicate for children, everything is so tasteful and elegant that it is absolutely worth it. The breakfast was of outstanding quality and, without exaggeration, the best we enjoyed during our entire multi-month journey. Every dish was lovingly prepared and beautifully presented. The coffee was excellent as well—particularly noteworthy, as coffee in Southeast Asia is often not quite up to European standards, yet here it was truly superb. The teas, served in the most beautiful tea sets, were equally delightful and completed the experience perfectly. This was the cleanest hotel we stayed in throughout our entire trip, and the service was truly exceptional. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—it stood out as the most welcoming, friendly, and well-run accommodation we experienced on our long journey.

Very quite neighbourhood. A short quiet walk to Wat Yai and other interesting historic sites. Also close to cafes and some interesting street art, near the Nan river.

“Back in time in Phitsanulok”

It was great to stay in a historic building. The location was great. You can easily walk to nice restaurants on the other side of the river. The surroundings of the place are very nice and you can go for a run or rent a bicycle.

Great place to get away from the big city. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean room, Bed very comfortable, high quality bedding and towels. Beautifully refurbished teak house with four bedrooms on the second floor. Our room was facing the front with private balcony. The main living room area downstairs set up as cafe sitting looking over fantastic greenery in the courtyard and lily pond.

The most amazing staff I have ever met. The hospitality is beyond that of anything I’ve ever experienced paired with a unique Thai atmosphere with beautiful rooms, decor and outdoor garden. Cannot even begin to describe how beautiful everyone and everything was. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting if you’re ever at phitsanulok.

Amazing place!!!!! Soooo much history. The design, the food, the view… and the bed !!!!!!! is amazing!!!! Must visit and stay here for at least once when you visited around here! I wish I could stay more for a week and WFH here.

Has a lovely time at Baan Lhang Wangh. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and very beautiful decorated, and the breakfast was great! They offer different sets and all come with tea/coffee, orange juice and water.
