“If we go again to visit Philadelphia we'd stay here again.”
Gym in the basement was great. There are many cars parked around the building, but we could find a spot every time we need one. The parking at night is free but you need to pay attention to the signs.

“Fantastic building in a practical location”
A beautiful apartment! Everyone was impressed, and the building (a former high school) is quite impressive). The room was well-furnished with a kitchen, an oven, washer-dryer and functional bathroom. Everything was neat!

“It was a home away from home experience”
The apartment provided its guests with comforts and privacy. Basic amenities are available. The staff was very prompt in responding to the requests of the guest, which I really appreciate. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and colleagues if they are traveling to Philadephia in the future.

“It would of been nice to have had someone at front desk to let me into the building.”
The first time entering the building there was no one at front desk to greet me or give me access to building. I had to wait 20 minutes outside the building to go in when a person residing in the building was entering. Since I registered virtually I was able to enter my apartment without a problem.

“Wonderful stay.”
The studio was super clean and quite. 100% satisfied with the kitchen and bathroom. I especially love the view outside my window. The location is ok; not very close to the subway, but it's still within walking distance. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

“Nice apartment near U Penn”
I liked that it was a secure building and apartment. I liked that the apartment had a secure code to get into the apartment. I liked that it was a repurposed building. The apartment was close to U Penn. We easily walked to campus. I liked free parking on the street. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower had hot water. I liked that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

“Good place but bad logistics.”
Access to the building is via a concierge whose staff is not informed about the reservation. Upon check-in, the room number has to be communicated to the concierge to be granted access but said number was not communicated to me by the host. Further, no electronic key was available to enter the building, so elI had to bother the concierge every time I had to enter the building. Lastly, the wifi password was not communicated automatically and was not displayed at the property, I had to obtain it by asking the host.
