I made a mistake with my stay date and the reception told me that they would refund me the full amount if I stayed with them and paid again. I did that and they did not refund my money. They also took $100 from my card as a deposit and said they would return it within 10 days and that did not happen either. Be very careful of this fraudulent activity.

We booked a triple room at your hotel. However, when we went to breakfast, we were surprised to learn that breakfast was included for only two people, even though the room is for three guests. We were asked to pay an additional 15 USD for the third person. I spoke with the reception, and they stated that it was arranged this way by Booking. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the 15 USD that we had to pay.

“Great base for going to NFL games”

Excellent location within walking distance (30 mins or so) of Lincoln Financial Field - so great for NFL games! Clean and comfortable hotel.

If you’re there for a concert or a sports play it’s the perfect location. It’s clean, the staff was great and the view is amazing.

Noisy near elevator and we could hear patrons in their rooms beside us. The place seemed a bit run down. If I weren't attending baseball games, I would not have chosen this location.

For any event at the Licoln Financial Field it is a good choice, 1-2 nights max. Rooms ok, service fine. Great shower!!

Superbowl was only showing in Spanish in the rooms, and game was only showing on iPad in the bar.

The service was very welcoming, and I felt safe for the Hotel parking also , a security that kept the parking lot safe for the guests 👍

We had problem with fire alarm that was disturbing us almost every night. It was solved last day. Also problem with breakfast, which was solved but at the second time. First front desk manager was not helping us at all.
