“Nice and clean rooms, free breakfast - would stay again”
Nice room - large, clean and well decorated, with all the necessary stuff: coffee machine, fridge, microwave, safe. Good location. Room service came every morning and asked if I need anything, they were nice and polite. There is a small but decent gym in the hotel. Every morning they serve breakfast - omelet and sausage, oatmeal, cornflakes, yogurts, fruits, pancakes. Tea and coffee in the lobby are available 24/7. Would stay here again.

“Got bitten all over the first night — not acceptable”
During my first night at this hotel, I woke up covered in itchy bites all over my body — most likely from bed bugs. It was awful and made it impossible to sleep. I told the hotel the next morning, and they moved me to another room where it didn’t happen again. They later said they “didn’t find any bed bugs,” but clearly something bit me.

“A short annual stop off where I know everything will work.”
I like the welcome for my annual visit. Great location for using the train, from London Uk via New York in my case. Good also for eateries in a nice city. The decent breakfast always available is a big plus for hotel choice. This hotel also doesn’t make a fuss of the free WiFi, which other hotels such as the Royal York in Toronto do.
