“A Cozy Place To Stay in a Good Location”

A clean, cosy, family run hotel tucked away on a quiet street but close to all Phayao's attractions. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is excellent. Spotlessly clean, good size, great hosts and very good value. The location is really good too, very close to the night market and the lake on a,quiet street. The host gave us a lift to the bus station too, really appreciated. Breakfast tip: if you are there at the weekend, go to the lake side for breakfast - there's a brilliant array of stalls selling Thai and Western breakfasts and lots of tea and coffee of course. They'll bring your food over to your lake-side table. Really loved it, such a friendly, tranquil atmosphere, as good a start to any day as you can find!

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, clean room, perfect patio for sitting outside for a morning coffee. Kettle, fridge, free water, coffee. Location one minute from the lake, good park facilities

Great location, big and comfortable room with a beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was big, firm yet soft for a good night's sleep. Upon check out the owner gave me a ride back to the bus terminal.

“Relaxing hotel near the river.”

-Good location, 2~5 minutes walk to the lake with the famous two naga (dragon) monuments, also lots of street foods nearby. -Super friendly staff who took me to the bus station in the early morning, since no Grab Bike responded. -Clean room with a relaxing balcony, view to the lovely and peaceful garden.

“Amazing stay with everything I needed”

The location was perfect! Near everything on walking distance while being situated in a very calm and quiet place. The staff were kind and helpful. I could do my laundry, really cheap and the room was good. It had an airconditioning, a fridge, a water boiler, fresh water, my own little patio, my own bathroom and yeah, very satisfied. Oh yeah, almost forgot.. I could use the inventory in their kitchen what was really nice 😊

The hotel was very close to the lake which was great. We could walk there in a few minutes. It's a quiet location and our room had a little balcony overlooking a garden. The bed was a bit firm, but tolerable for a few nights. The bathroom was the typical "wet room" that we have encountered many times in Thailand.
