“Convenient, clean and comfortable”
We spent one night here. The property was perfect for our needs - close to the town and lake and very clean and comfortable. The owner / manager was wonderful - she even let us borrow two bikes in the morning to cycle around the lake! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

“Lovely stay in Phayao”
Had a wonderful stay at Jeerat Homestay in Phayao. The location is very convenient, close to the bus terminal and only about a 15-minute walk to the Statue of Pho Khun Ngam Mueang. A lovely place to stay overall, would definitely return on my next visit to Phayao.

“An absolute hidden gem”
We loved Jeerat House; from the welcome to leaving it was fabulous. The room was large with the most comfy of beds, hot shower and a table and chairs outside. A kettle with coffee and tea was also in the room. A never ending supply of water and towels. There was a covered area as well outside where you could eat your own breakfast etc, you have the use of plates, mugs etc as well as some snacks, additional tea and coffee. We used a couple of their bicycles to explore the town and a little further afield. The location was 5 minutes from the bus station and 15mins from the lake. If we visit Phayao again we would not hesitate to stay here again

Phayao is a cool town, Jeerat House was a cool place to stay. Right next to the bus station which was convenient and not a far walk to anywhere around town. Staff were welcoming and friendly

The room is super comfortable and the atmosphere is great. The staff is very friendly. It's just 5 minutes from the lake, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
