You get what you pay for - rooms are nice but simple, it’s walking distance to the lake and you get water, coffee and microwave for your breakfast. Lady running the house is outright amazing. We’ve locked our key inside the room at 10 pm and she was there to help us in 20 minutes with no complain and hearty smile

Large clean room, nice bedding and pillows. Very close to the bus station but also very quiet location. Fantastic owners - very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

“Excellent accomodation with amazing staff”

Excellent location near the bus terninal,yet very quiet and peaceful,greenery around.Spacious,clean room that seems recently renovated.Especially the bathroom was great.Drinking water refill possibility at the reception and toileteries in dispensers,which help to reduce plastic waste.Best of all,amazing manager who really cares for her customers.She put a lot of time and effort in getting me a bus ticket to my next destination when everything seemed full booked.I am so very thankful.

Only stayed here for 1 night but was very happy was met on arrival as they expecting me and knew me name , room was very comfortable and a good size , location is very close to the bus station but in a quiet area , free coffee when you like from downstairs , all staff were very friendly , i plan to re-visit Phayao and will be staying here

This was the cleanest hotel in Thailand. The beds were the biggest and best. The host was so kind and friendly. Even though it rained while we were there, we sat on the balcony/walkway and enjoyed the ambience, and the windows were so clean they were a joy to look out of.

The accommodation and hosts / staff were really lovely and helpful . Couldn’t ask for more , perfect stay. The complimentary loan of the bicycles was really appreciated as well as helpful organising transport to our next stop.

Nice room, relatively quiet, friendly staff. You can sit outside... free bicycle rent. Close to center and night market.
