“Nice hotel in the city of Phang Nga”

The location is great with many places to eat and explore within the city itself and it's close to the main highway to Krabi and other provinces. A good room to come back to and get a good sleep. Staff are friendly, room is clean and the amenities are enough. Not a very small room, nice bathroom with decent water pressure. No lifts. Parking adequate.

The location of the hotel is very good in the center of town. Rooms are nice and clean. Excursions can be organized directly from the reception. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Comfortable and spacious, couldn’t complain. Staff were very friendly and helped me book a taxi to the bus station

“A god value place to stay”

The room was clean and comfortable enough, the facilities all worked well. This is a fairly standard accommodation and is used mainly by Thai people but not exclusively. The car park was full every night, suggesting it's a popular place to stay. The free coffee etc and biscuits each morning in the living area was welcome. It lacks refinement but there was nothing to complain about. A good value place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay here for just one night. Enjoyed the room I was in with a comfortable double bed, neat bathroom and a flat screen tv with Netflix and other streaming services. Great pool down stairs. Lovely staff.

wonderful and helpful staff. Reviews on Google don't do this hotel justice. The hotel is not new but at least you got what you need for the price. Staff are helpful and light breakfast is available. There's a huge night market nearby but it doesn't open everyday.

Easy for a quick stop off overnight visiting friends on route to Hat Yai. Clean room with air con was enough to refresh.

Well situated, easy to find. Wish for tables beside the bed and lights on those tables. Now you have plugs but no table to place for example your phone. Otherwise ok.

It is within 1km of the bus station which was very important for me. There is a shop very )nearby where the lady does one's washing at a VERY reasonable price. Several nice restaurants nearby. Cheap, no hassle, and super fast motorbike hire. Brilliant. Can arrange tours of the town and the temple with the sleeping Buddha. They appear to provide breakfast at a very reasonable price. Free coffee, tea & small 'snacks' available from 7:00 a.m to 11:00. Bed was hard. I would recommend highly for the budget traveller and would stay again

Hotel has no lift & we were on 3rd floor. As international travellers passing through we had heavy suitcases. Had to pay deposit for room keys which wasn't advised in advance. Discovered that we had to leave room keys if we required room to be serviced. Property information states there is a restaurant which is untrue. There is a small room for tea & coffee but if you require breakfast you need to order the night before. Hotel seems really to cater for working people who need to stopover in the area. Not ideal for tourists
