On the banks of the scenic Dudh Koshi River, Mountain Lodges of Nepal - Phakding occupies a quiet spot within the magnificent Mount Everest mountains. Mountain Lodges of Nepal - Phakding is located between Lukla and Namche, and is a comfortable stop-over point for mountain trekkers. It is an hour's walk from the 16th century Rumijung Monastery. It is 5 km, or a 3-hour trek, from Lukla Airport. At the dining room, guests can enjoy delicious Nepali cuisine, prepared with fresh organic vegetables grown in the property's own greenhouse. There is also a well-stocked bar. Ticketing and day trips can be arranged at the tour desk. Laundry services and luggage storage are also available, as well as a 24-hour front desk.
