“Beautiful historic building makes your stay in Pèzanas feel special”

The building exterior is sensationally beautiful. They are more townhouses than apartments in my opinion. The hosts are wonderfully informative & very helpful. You can walk into the beautiful town in minutes. A cot and highchair was set up for my baby with lovely bedding & very clean. I’d stay again for sure.

“Beautiful property nearby to lovely Pezenas”

We loved this beautiful property, the grounds and garden were perfect for a relax in the sunshine. The house had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable. The owners had thought of everything from pool towels, to boules and games, to all the kitchen facilities you could need. We loved the proximity to gorgeous Pézenas too.

“Heerlijk!!”

A lovely apartment in the idyllic setting of an old monastery. With a great pool and a charming village within walking distance. But above all: the amazing host: Warren! During our stay, our car broke down and had to be taken to a garage. Warren immediately stepped in like a true holiday saver. He helped us find a trustworthy mechanic, arranged transport, came along to translate, and even made sure we could stay an extra night at the monastery when the repair ended up taking longer than expected. All of that meant we still had a fantastic stay and we were even able to celebrate our youngest daughter’s birthday completely stress-free, even though it happened right in the middle of all the car trouble. A huge thank you! We 100% recommend this place!

Great location 5 minutes from beautiful Pézenas. Friendly and helpful staff and pet friendly too. Kids loved it. Had everything we needed for a lovely few days with our kids and dog.

An unconventional property with lots of character and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was unobtrusive but helpful and friendly. The location is wonderful, within the grounds of the convent and with a good swimming pool. It was within a short walk of the beautiful historic centre of Pézenas

Amazing inside and out and absolutely everything considered. So spacious, loved the garden space and chill out areas and such a great location to walk into town. The hosts were super-responsive, really accommodating and nice to meet in person on arrival and helped with all our needs.

I would probably have rated this place an overall 10 if we choose the right apartment. The main building with four apartments is so beautiful. The poolarea is very nice. Calm surroundings with large trees and lights in the evening. We were welcomed by nice and helpful staff (Warren).

“Lovely stay at Couvent des Ursulines”

We really enjoyed our stay at Couvent des Ursulines. It felt like a secret pearl hidden in the old town of Pezenas with a lovely pool. Although the garden is shared, we had many moments that we were completely alone at the pool. It was also just a short walk into the historic town; Pezenas really surprised us with its beauty and culture. Our host Warren was very welcoming and professional / helpful in case of an inconvenience. Love to come back!

We stayed in the appartment "Aura". It has two separate bedrooms (each with air conditioning, one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and two mezzanines in the living area that in theory could each accomodate two people. These areas and the spiral staircases leading to them are rather small, so are particularly suited to kids. There's two bathrooms: one with a large shower (about 4m²) and one with a bath. Both have a toilet and sink. The latter also has a washing machine.The living area is spacious and consists of a seating area with tv, open kitchen, dining and play areas. There's air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas stove, fridge (two large drawers beneath the counter with the coffee machine), freezer, crockery, utensils, etc. Outside, you have a table if you want to dine outside. On request, you can borrow utensils for barbecuing. The courtyard of the convent has some common facilities, a.o. a swimming pool, lounge area, swing, petanque court, etc. The large trees provide shade. The caretaker is very kind and helpful. He doesn't live on the property, but we saw him regularly, doing maintenance, doing work on the appartments that weren't occupied at the time, etc. It is clear that they are continuously working to improve the accomodation. The location of the convent is excellent: in a relatively calm street just outside the historic city centre. Within five minutes walking, there's a small supermarket (Spar) and several bakeries. Walking through the historic centre is really enjoyable: small streets with shops, boutiques, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. From Pézenas, it's about half an hour driving to the Mediterranean coast (a.o. Cap d'Agde, Marseillan Plage, etc.) and there's quite a few historic sites nearby that you can visit by car. For the price range, I'm pretty confident that this is one of the best accomodations in the wide area. Would recommend!

Perfect accommodation for a family of 5 in a charming old building. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with antique furnishings. Feels secluded yet very close to the historic town centre.

Beautiful property with particularly lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely view of the pool , which we often had to ourselves. The grounds are beautiful and we could always find a private soot to relax in.

Beautiful building, pool and friendly hosts. The location is a 5 min walk from the heart of the old town of wonderful pezenas. It is also a great base for exploring more of this region of France.

Absolutely everything! The quiet garden where you can hear the birds singing, the beautiful building with its creative twist. It felt like a little oasis.

Nice property, big courtyard, historic and renovated at the same time, rather good appliances, friendliness of the host, good location, nature in the courtyard a lot of different activities around the house, hot water and all is ok.

“An interesting house with character & gardens in a residential area close to the old town.”

The old convent has been converted into five houses facing a garden with large trees. Our house had three levels: a ground floor with sofa, table, kitchen & wc/shower, a gallery-mezzanine level with a double bed, TV & sofa & an upper floor with two double bedrooms, each bedroom with wc/shower (1 also had a bath). The central spiral staircase is a nice feature. Everything is clean, tidy & working. The houses & garden are surrounded by a wall. There's a pool & a place to play boules. The area is peaceful & feels safe. There's a large supermarket about 1km away. Sometimes we found a parking space in front of the property & there's a large public parking area about 100m away. Our hosts were friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Insider-tips: 1) visit Beziers for the old bridge, the canal bridge & cathedral, 2) check-out the Etang de Thau with its seafront restaurants in Marsellein, Meze & Bouzigues.

Amazing building and a wonderful village with plenty of restaurants and shops and a great market on Saturday. The pool is great and the garden is quiet despite the proximity to the town center.
