Very good communication with Christophe (the owner) from the start to the end and also Kamila who is so helpful. The house is a real home from home with everything you could need, and more, in the kitchen, including sharp knives (a rarety in a holiday home) and lots of “Tupperware” type boxes if you plan on having a picnic. So many extras too - cling film, foil, kitchen roll, paper hankies etc. Also fans in every room to help combat the heat in the summer. The top floor terrace gets a bit cooler in the evenings which is lovely. And what a bonus to have your own garage! You couldn’t get a better location, just a minute’s walk to the main square which hosts a fantastic market on a Saturday morning. Lots of fabulous restaurants on the doorstep, we tried Café Hansi, Les Cordeliers (has a pool) and Le Vieux Coq - all lovely food. 2 boulangeries again just minutes away (we preferred the the one on the near side of the square). Suggest getting a leaflet from the tourist office which gives a guided walk around town which points out buildings, architecture etc you wouldn’t probably notice otherwise. So many lovely places to visit: Mèze, Bouzigues (try the artisan ice cream shop!), lovely family beach at Vias plage (beach bar La Paillote) and further afield the Templar/Hospitalier trail of Larzac, especially La Cavalerie and La Couvertoirade, both fortified villages. Would highly recommend this holiday home! Thank you Christophe & Kamila.

“Superb property/well equipped and central to restaurants/shops”

Property is a 1 minute walk to the main street which is also the location for the market on Saturday. We were met by Kamila on arrival and provided a tour of the 4 storey house. It is furnished nicely and had everything you need. The kitchen is the best I have ever found in a rental. Good restaurants on the adjacent streets and you have to visit the kiosks for a glass of wine and superb oysters. The Saturday market sell fresh and good produce so you can get to use the kitchen. Kamila was delightful and ensured we had everything we required. We will be back again. Go on try the Oysters in the kiosks.
