Everything you would need for a holiday was available in the villa and had been thought about by the host. The area was quiet so you could relax during the day without lots of traffic going by, and the outside terrace and pool is well covered and private.

The villa was absolutely perfect. The photos are exactly as it is. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The pool area was beautifully kept by Denis who came every three days to ensure pool area was clean and tidy. Everything worked well and had no issues at all with property. Communication with Svetlana was second to none and she was a joy to deal with. The house had everything you needed and kitchen was very well equipped with every utensil you could need. A great view down to the sea and only a 10-15 minute walk down to the centre of Peyia with several restaurants and a bakery, pharmacy and small supermarket for all your needs.

The villa was very well prepared for our arrival. It was fresh and clean, the house was decorated both inside and outside (we were there before Christmas), and there was a small gift waiting. The whole house is very well equipped, like a house where someone lives rather not rent, everything works flawlessly, especially the kitchen has everything you need. The host gave us a lot of information about attractions, local restaurants and answered every question very quickly. Convenient entry by car, nice pool area and small garden. Overall great location, away from the tourist centers, but only 8 minutes to Coral Bay and 25 minutes to the center of Paphos, by car.

location details poor pool needs hand raills to get in and out, i had a nasty fall and hit the side of my head geting in the pool which needed medical attention

The villa is in a lovely quiet setting with views of the sea beyond. The garden is beautiful and well tended. Our visit was in April and it was lovely to see all the hibiscus in flower and lots more attracting many birds etc. The villa is very well equipped with excellent quality appliances and all you need in a kitchen in particular. The bathrooms / bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. The lounge area furniture very comfortable. The hosts clearly have thought of absolutely everything. The pool is excellent for a refreshing dip. The location is within walking distance of many very good eateries and bars. It is a good uphill walk (15 mins)..however coming back down is easy. Peyia is set up above the much busier Coral Bay. A car is recommended but there is a bus service to Coral Bay and Paphos as well. It is well worth considering booking out of the main summer season. I have heard from others that Its still warm in October/November ..even the sea.

Everything you could wish for and more, the villa exceptionally clean and spacious ideal for a small family, location for us was perfect, beautiful view from the elevated balcony, so good we've rebooked for 2024

We enjoyed a weeks stay in a Beautiful villa .very clean lovely outside space .everything in the villa was top quality. I wolud recommend any one looking to vistis cyprus to stay here .owners can't do enough to help .Dennis picked us up from airport great help .

Nice swimming pool, modern light-filled villa with great panoramic views of the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen, the hosts have thought of everything and there are even supplies of basics that you need. You really feel the host has put her personal touch in every room. Great barbeque and pool leisure area. The villa was like being at home, so clean and cosy and with quality furniture and fittings. It had everything you could need and the hosts were amazing, so kind and attentive. Good wifi and television as well. Good inside and outside dining and seating and clean comfortable leather lounge inside for relaxing. We will definitely return as this was the nicest villa we have stayed at in Cyprus!
