charming and cosy appartment with very nice design and outstanding comfort. Space is perfect for a family of 4/5. Fitted with everything you need for a perfect stay like feeling at home. The host is very attentive to make the accomodation special and Danila was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us some great suggestions for a memorable holiday. The owner is very concerned to ensure a pleasant and valuable stay.

A wonderful, spacious apartment with a very convenient location. There were two of us, but it can easily accommodate four without feeling crowded. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including utensils, pots, and even a coffee machine with quite amount of capsules. The bathroom is modern, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Everything was spotlessly clean, and you can tell the place is well maintained. The photos are fully accurate — what you see is what you get. There's private parking available right next to the building, which is a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a supermarket, bakery, and several nice restaurants just a short walk away. Got a lot of useful suggestions and needed info provided by Danilla. Great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

“Home away from home”
Everything was wonderful. The apartment is very nicely decorated, and it has everything one would need.It felt like a home away from home. Sig Danilla was fantastic at welcoming us and explaining everything in excellent Englinish. We were family of 4, and we had plenty of space. The location is good too. Easy walk to Conad, the lake itself, restaurants... Overall 10/10 stay.

The apartment is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable and has everything needed for a family holiday. Danila is very kind and helpful and ensures that the arrival and departure are smooth, and that you are given all the local information you need for your stay. There is a very good restaurant, cafe and local delicatessen nearby. Pettenasco is a quiet, charming town on Lake Orta.

“The best place we’ve stayed in a long time!”
Everything. This is the best value property we have ever stayed in. Every detail was lovely - the finer touches were really appreciated…good coffee, chocolates, nice soaps. The balcony was especially lovely. Excellent location, away from San Giullio but for us that was great to escape the crowds. Danila was so lovely when checking in and out and made everything so easy!! If you’re staying near Orta this is the place is a must!

“Awesome - it was like staying an a 5 star hotel but totally private. We will be back!!”
The apartment was amazing, the standard of fit out and attention to detail for every comfort was outstanding. It was modern, stylish and comfortable and lacked for nothing. The town of Pettenasco is really pretty and located on the quietest but most unspoilt lake in the region. We enjoyed walking form village to village above the lake and taking advantage of the free lake ferry to travel home after a relaxing aperitif overlooking the lake. The restaurant pizzeria just around the corner il vecchio forno was superb and good value for money and the highlight was Formaggii right next to the apartment - awesome for food, wine, grappa, homemade pasta etc etc
