Overview
Located 300 metres from the beach in Petrovac, Villa Vukotić offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and TV with cable channels. Everything has been beautiful , we are on night 3/4 here , the apartment is gorgeous with a beautiful Seaview , facilities are lovely and clean , not far of a walk from the centre of town. The hosts have been amazing , very accomodating and such lovely people , will definitely be back

The hosts Vera and Lukas are super nice people and took very good care of us! Lukas even waited for us at the bus station to take us to the villa. They gave us a lot of advice and even invited to have some coffee. Great experience. The accomodation has everything necessary, everything is spotless clean, the views from the house are nice and it's not too far from the beach. We loved our stay in Petrovac and we definitely recommend staying there.

Amazing place, but be ready to climb a hill to get there. But very calm and nice place. Everything was clean and as described. Our host was very kind, offered us cold drinks when arriving on such a hot day. Definitelly worth it. Thank you so much.

Helpful host picked me up from the bus station to the Vila, which is really really helpful considering the location with many stairs and steep hill ! Otherwise the apartment was very nice with good a/c.. Do not.take a car to get the! Parking facilities are second to none.Except for this the place is very quiet ..(being on top of the hill obviously..!) very pleasant hosts ..I highly recommend it!

“Staying in Vila Vukotic was an excellent experience.”
We stayed for one week and had a great time. Hosts were lovely, helpful and friendly the entire time. Room clean and comfortable. Petrovac has beautiful beaches and we especially enjoyed Perazica Do beach, which is not far from the villa. The walk to the beach was one of the highlights—it’s truly lovely, with trees and greenery lining the way, making the whole experience feel calm and scenic. All in all, staying in Vila Vukotic was an excellent experience.

“Lovely apartments I’d gladly return to”
A wonderful apartment with all the amenities. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, a stove, a fridge, good Wi-Fi, a TV, hot water, and a huge terrace with a sea view. The very welcoming hosts, Vera and Luka, greeted me like family and helped me with everything. I am very grateful for their hospitality and will definitely come back to these apartments the next time I’m in Montenegro.

Host was lovely and helped us find a park (just an FYI it is not very accessible and you need to walk up a steep hill to get to this apartment), the views are gorgeous and the apartment is fine.
