Beautiful property in a peaceful location with great views ! Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Ferruccio is a great host with a big heart, he helped me with an important problem no matter is was 4 in the morning! Thank you again Ferruccio.

“Close to the airport”
Very friendly and helpful family. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast enjoyable. You need to have a private car to get there.

“Relaxing stay”
the location was perfect: near Assisi and other little lovely towns, but at the same time away from everything! The owner was kind and the room comfortable!
