It's a great place. Thanks to Niki and Marios. We stayed in one of her room overlooking the sea we stayed and we are really pleased. The rooms are clean and tidy every day. The hotel is located in the center of Petra. We went to the sea by walking. I recommend it to everyone who goes to the island of Lesbos

The property was clean and tidy, and the staff was polite and professional. Location wise it was pretty decent, about 5 min from the square.

“Nice studio hotel within short walking distance of everything you want to see in Petra”

This hotel is situated close to the Petra Old Town - just a couple of minutes walking distance. The check-in process was quick and without any issues. The rooms were clean. There were extra blankets as the weather in October was rather cool. There is an outdoor pool area available belonging to Nicki Suites with a bar and really comfortable sunbeds.

We arrived at Niki's to an extremely warm welcome from Niki and her family. We were given the option to upgrade to one of the brand new suites over looking the pool and sea for a small charge, it was an easy decision - these are absolutely beautiful with very large balconies. Facilities were great here - Smart TV with Netflix, great aircon, large shower, fridge, safe and toiletries. For a small charge, Niki will cook you an absolute feast for breakfast - slightly different each day and sure to fill you up until dinner. The new pool is beautiful and the sunloungers are extremely comfortable. The whole place was spotless, from the rooms, to the pools, to the grass and beautifully kept gardens. We were asked to move to one of the older rooms for our last night to make room for some new guests who were staying for 2 weeks. We were more than happy to do so and were moved to the hotel next door, whilst we were more than happy to do so, the hotel had nothing on Niki's place and it was therefore no surprise to see why Niki's was fully booked and the place next door was close to empty! Nothing was too much trouble for this wonderful family and value for money ws fantastic. You are right on the sea front and less than 5 minutes from the main centre of Petra

We usually visit Niki's on an annual basis and it was lovely to return this year. Niki and Family are great hosts and go the extra mile. Greeted with big smiles, friendly and drinks!!!! In addition little extras like bottle of wine to return to after busy day on the beach!!!

Pretty much everything. Couldn't find any specific fault with anything.

Positioned right on the see front. Nikki and her staff were most welcoming and friendly. The room was kept spotless by a lovely friendly lady. Breakfast great value for money. Unfortunately, we didn’t find this out till last day, as it advertises Greek continental breakfast which we didn’t fancy, so until last day went out for breakfast. What a mistake. We were served with yoghurt fruit and honey, followed by poached egg with tomatoes and feta cheese, with ham and cheese toasties , melon, bread butter and marmalade , with orange juice and tea or coffee. All for 6 euros each. Will certainly be going back.
