The location of the hotel was very good, the owner of the hotel is very nice and helpful

Stayed in one of three solo houses (=studio with open kitchen and a bathroom), quiet location, very close to the beach, natural shade from trees (especially for the last house, "Iris"), windows on three sides of the house, views of the green surroundings and a bit of sea visible and audible from afar. The three small houses and surrounding ground are well taken care of by the owners (who live there as well, in a fourth bigger one), attentive host Nickos also kindly arranged a mosquito net for the bed for us before arrival. There is also a shaded parking for guests (we didn't use it). We loved the feeling of having our own little house - at a very nice price! Like most places the area came with some street cats which appreciated us giving some fresh water and dry food during our stay and we appreciated their visits and meows and purrs. We stayed 2 weeks and did everything on foot or by local bus or once even rented an ebike (from Molyvos), and of course made use of the local tourist "train" and took a tour. Petra is a nice village to stay in, and during our time (September) the last beach bar (at the end of Petra beach where Gaea Gardens is also located) already was closed and set this part of the beach free to use for anyone to their liking. This was very precious, the beach is sandy (rough sand) without rocks, you can walk into the usual calm waters and swim along the whole bay. Wonderful! The Petra church on the hill is well maintained and offers nice views. For eating out - top recommendation: the restaurant of the women's cooperative. Reservations recommended for peak hours! Nearest minimarket also has fresh bread every day. Small supermarket also nearby.

The property was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Its location was excellent, and having a private villa was a great feature. The shaded parking area and the beautiful garden immersed in nature were fantastic. The owner, Nickos, was very helpful and friendly. He recommended beautiful coves for swimming and nice taverns for meals. We followed all his suggestions and had a wonderful vacation.

Very good located- few mins walking distance to beach bars, well equipped kitchen for cookimg needs, friendly owners ready to help you and peaceful atmosphere in nature! Highly recommended and will come back :)

a beautiful little studio, self-contained, well equipped and peaceful. Sofia and Nickos were very welcoming and helpful and offered us a late chackout at no extra charge. There is even a shelter to park in the shade!

“Nice private stay near the beach”

It is lovely one room - house with the bathroom, kitchen, dining table sofa, bed and some other furniture. It is well equipped and nice. The house is part of the group of three houses standing alone in the nice private garden at the end of Petra beach. It is surrounded by green, trees, flowers. It´s a nice experience.

Excelent accomodation neext to rhe beach . Very spacious studio with fully equiped kitchen and big terras loking to the sunset. Owner, Mr Nikos and his wife are so kind and helpful in making the best of the hollydays.
