The house keeper did come everyday and asks if we need anything. The air worked.

Disappointed, you should remove the Days Inn from your list, book in Winsor Lock (BDL AIRPORT), the dirty hotel we paid for and we had to share the hallways with wanderers...today I arrived at one with my family in (Virginia) DAYS INN, the lousy dirty hotel. They had to change rooms twice because dirty water came out of the shower. VERIAN BOOKING HAS MORE RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS.

Alarm clock did not work Television had no reception or cable some excuse about a storm but the following day was nice still no cable and no attempt was made to fix it Wifi was not very good the first evening and the following morning and when I got back in the early afternoon I could not sign on to Wi-Fi never did figure out what the problem was. My hotel room was just okay. It needs a renovation in the worst way the room is shabby looking carpets are worn out everything is just old. It may be relatively clean but it is not clean looking. One last thing the door to the room was very loose in the lock. It didn't give me any sense of security felt like somebody could just walk in and with a good push or shove it would open no problem

Bed was clean and staff were helpful but that was all that was good about the place.

Very old, perfect for on the go. Cheap and smelled cheap… Wifi was inexistant.

The location was convenient to where we were heading. The breakfast was lacking because of Covid-19. We were given water, chips, an orange, and granola. They did say to ask for anything else needed.
