Frankly, I would rate this apartment between 2.5 to 3 stars. There are three main reasons for this. First, the parking situation is quite inconvenient. It’s difficult to locate, not easy to manage, and comes at an additional cost, whereas many other apartments we’ve stayed in usually include parking. Second, there is essentially no service. Basic necessities like drinking water and extra toilet paper were not provided, and there was no one available to assist us when needed. For example, when we returned one night, our door card didn’t work for quite some time, which could have left us locked out. Finally, the interior feels incomplete, almost like a half-finished apartment, which affected the overall comfort of the stay

Stayed a couple of times here. The room is quite big and comfy. Necessary items like hairdryer, etc are provided. The aircon was leaking though during our stay but host was quick in responding. Location is good too. Overall, still happy staying here and will still go back next time.

“I never thought that a service apartment at place like Sunway would made my night hell.”

I couldn't locate the property for around 30-40 odd minutes and got puzzled. Process of self checking was not that smooth as else where. Very bitter experience, finally I bound to check out a day before and lost money :(

“Good value stay with easy access to food, shopping, and attractions”

The unit itself was clean and comfortable, and the location near Sunway Lagoon is very convenient. Facilities inside the room were as described, and there are many places nearby for eating and shopping, which made the stay easy. The host was friendly and responsive throughout. Guests should be aware that the building does not officially allow short-term stays, and we were given instructions before arrival not to mention AirBnb or short-term rental to building security. We were personally okay with this kind of unusual check-in, and it seems fairly common in Malaysia, and our stay went smoothly. That said, it would be better if this information was disclosed more transparently in the listing, or at least shared at the time of booking rather than on the check-in date, so guests can decide in advance if they are comfortable with the arrangement. Overall, a good stay mainly for the location and comfort, but clearer communication would improve the experience. 8/10

The location was excellent. There was a Mall downstairs and Sunway Pyramid Mall was just 15 minutes away. Public transport was 2minites away to USJ7 to KL. I had a good stay.

the location is very convenient for us who needs to go to sunway Hospital often. Also a lot of foods, laundry and supermarkets that we could go to buy what we need. the bed and couch were comfy. it has everything you need to stay. also the room has a lot of sunlight!

The location is fantastic, right next to BRT.. Located within a mall, there are a lot of options for food and groceries. Prompt and clear communication from the host.
