A bit wierd experience. You will most likely like the hotel - large rooms, comfortable beds, linen. There is a historical part - it has large echoing rooms, with high ceilings that do not look cozy. And there is a part with new rooms, where I stopped. It has modern, well-equipped rooms. The worst and most unexpected thing about the hotel is the work of the staff. There may be five people behind the counter, but no one will pay attention to you until you start attracting attention on your own. I had 2 cases that especially surprised me. First. I returned to the hotel after a day out (it was very hot) and found that the room had not been cleaned. I went down to the reception and asked why the room had not been cleaned. They offered to clean it right now. I refused because I returned and it was already inconvenient for me. I asked just for water and fresh towels, to drink and shower after a hot day, and returned to the room. 20 minutes have passed. I called the reception and reminded about myself. Another 20 min passed, I made the call again. They didn't bring anything. I had to go down to the reception just to have my simple request fulfilled. The staff nods, promises, as soon as you leave, you are instantly forgotten. Second case: I had an early start and wasn't sure if I could order a taxi at 5am through the app. I asked the reception about this, they promised me that they would order a taxi and inform me. The conversation about this happened at 2pm, I cannot get an answer until 10 pm, although I visited the reception several times. They answered me that they were looking for something, and apparently they immediately forgot about me. As a result, in the evening, in front of me, they called someone who offered a trip 10 times more expensive than in the app (the road to the airport was 10-12 minutes) As a result, I called a taxi myself in the morning and left without any problems. It is surprising that this hotel has such bad menegment. P.S.

I had read good reviews about the hotel on Google, but it was a terrible experience from start till the end. It has a good location and the building is quite nice, but the management, number of issues and how they deal with them is one of the worst i've ever experienced.
