“Cheap, comfortable,clean and quiet!”
The room was big, the bathroom was private, it had air con, they let you use their kitchen, you have a fridge where you can keep your food and drink cold.

House is in a nice quiet neighbourhood in a smaller town, clean house and room/ bathroom, beautiful garden. The place has all necessary appliance, fully equipped kitchen in the shared area, with the terrace into the garden. Host helpful and friendly 🙂

The place is really nice, a small and quiet village. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is clean. Great bathroom with all utilities. I was very comfortable here. And staff is super friendly. Definitely recommended

“Greetings to our host - very warm and friendly person !”
Quiet neighbourhood, safe public parking a few meters from the location - always with free places to park. It was like a summer house for us, every day we arrived late in the evening and left early morning, we didn't bother nobody and nobody bothered us, we had the entire area of the house just for us. We just locked the door and went on our way every morning and came back late in the evening. Clean house, fast internet

“Great stay, but maybe it was "too clean"”
It was only night. André explained everything to us with much patience, we had a good experience with him! There is a shared kitchen and a shared TV room downstairs, and upstairs there are the 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Our bathroom was downstairs, in the TV room but we had key for it (thus it was private). The bathroom and the bedroom were clean. In the kitchen there is a fridge that we used to store our products and on the table André left some free candies to his guests. It was a good stay :)

“We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Andrè.”
Due to other unpostponable plans, we couldn't arrive at the house during their check-in time (7 PM-11:30 PM), but they were so kind that they agreed to welcome us at 1 AM. We are still very grateful for that! :) My partner was pleased about the bed's comfort since he has trouble sleeping anywhere else but at home. Even though the room had its bathroom outside the room, that wasn't an issue for us - you get your own key, plus it is near the room, clean and spacious. If you are travelling by car, the accommodation is close to Verona (about 20 minutes drive) and the Garda lake. We will gladly choose Casa Andrè next time we are in this area. ;)
