“Very unpleasant stay”

The apartment was smelling like mould and it was not clean. the kitchen was full of ants. the fridge had leftover food from previous tenant. the bedsheets had stains on them and smell really bad and i believe the blankets were never washed. the pool was very dirty.

Overall great value for money. Quiet safe area. Not all apartments are in use there so not many people on good size swimming pool. Some parts Could do some renovation. Not far away from restaurants 15 min walk. Close to airport and planes did't bother as at all. Air codition works in each room. Parking place under building so cool car when you start day.

“Dismal”

The holiday was a disappointment from the beginning. It is not listed correctly on the site. The advert stated there were two double beds in a bedroom. There was only one. The facilities advertised were not available. No swim pool, hot tub or gym. There was not enough duvets, bedding and towels. The bedding smelt musty definitely not fresh. There was no hot water for the majority of our stay. The toilets were stained and dirty. There were not enough bags for the toilet paper disposal. The cooker had a hand dial missing which made using the hot plates and oven tricky to use. The microwave was grubby and we needed to clean it before using it. The coffee machine was dirty and very stained. One toaster was broken the other had been used with cheese so when we used it there was a horrible smell of burning cheese. The dish cloth smelt and the pan sponge was definitely not a new one, it was stained and smelt. The was one tea towel offered for 5 people. There were no saucepans and the one frying pan was not useable. I could go on and have pictures to prove my statement. The windows were dirty and unpleasant to look out of when the sun shone.

“Quiet cost effective break awa”

We travelled in September, and it was lovely and quiet at the pool. Pool cleaned each morning, and air con worked well in the bedroom. All facilities you need, cooker toaster kettle fridge freezer and washing machine. There were books to read, and i left a few behind also. We hired a car so we went into kiti most nights for food. My partner is a plane spotter, so loved seeing all the planes fly above the apartment. The proprietor was kind enough to let us stay on, on our last day as we were not flying out til 10ish. Overall lovely experience

AC not working. It was smelling bad from air conditioner. A lot of humidity and A lot of dust on it nobody cleaned them. And they said they fixed the air conditioner recently. I don’t know which one it was fixed all of them was with a lot of dust . No pressure on the shower .

quiet place, but not too far from Larnaca. excellent choice for families. Swimming Pool was very big and nice and always free. All facilities included. Thank you! 10/10

“A little gem of a property in the lovely village of Kiti”

We loved this little property. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had so much fun playing in the pool while watching the planes fly over. WiFi was available which was good and the room has a lovely view of the pool. We also love the village it’s situated in. Plenty of lovely restaurants to eat at and beautiful church’s to see. We would 100% come back.
