“Spacious room with a sauna”

The room was beautiful and spacious with a nice bath & sauna, the AC was also working well. The location was also nice & walking distance to lots of good restaurants.

The sauna was such a good feature, really quick to heat up and situated within the apartment for private use. The bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. The apartment felt clean and new, with air con, stocked with coffee and water. It was really easy to access and staff were always on hand to answer our questions. The property was in the perfect location, a short walk from everywhere you would want to go in Perugia. We would 100% come back and bring friends.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, bottle of wine was a nice touch. Great air conditioning and TVs in all rooms. I would definitely stay here again if I was lucky enough to come back to Perugia, which is a truly wonderful town. We found a bar called Punto di vista with a terrace overlooking the mountains, and a perfect local restaurant called Osteria a Priori, all are a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Communication, location and the property was immaculate. It was a superb place to stay. So comfortable and the sauna was lovely! We were able to check in earlier and leave our luggage after checking out for a couple of hours which was so helpful. Lovely place and would highly recommend!

“A comfortable apartment with aircon in a peaceful area of the city centre”

The arrangement of the suite was well thought out, everything was easily accessible but still with a spacious feeling. There was a sauna which we didn’t try as it was 40C outside. The aircon was very welcome, as was the free bottle of white wine, and the cold water bottles in the fridge. The location was perfect, in the centre of town but in a quiet area.

This is an excellent place, very well located in the historic center but also very quiet, providing the opportunity for a very good night's sleep. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy, and they respond quickly on whatsapp. The tub is very comfortable, and plenty of towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equiped and there was even a complementary bottle of Umbrian wine. There's no hot water kettle but you can use the espresso machine to get hot water for tea. I would definitely return.

“Excellent suite in Perugia”

Excellent stay, very stylish, clean, quiet, spacious and quite luxurious. The bed was extra comfortable. Our suite was equipped with a very good sauna that we tried and also a nice bath facing the double bed. An anteroom served as a sitting corner and dining area with a little kitchen with a fridge, washbasin and even a small glass-ceramic hob. We were surprised to see even an Umbrian red wine in the kitchen corner, as a thank you gift for us, which we enjoyed very much. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Perugia. Everything was as described on booking and even better. Thank you!
