Good location, few minutes walk from Rocca Paolina and the historical center of Perugia. There was a big parking house nearby where we could park our car. Room is in an old and nicely renovated house in a neighborhood with a medieval touch. Great flexibility, we arrived earlier than official check-in time, our room was not yet ready but we were given another room so that we do not need to wait.

“Recommend it! Excellent location”
Excellent location! 2 minutes away from Piazza Partigiani and around 7-8 minutes away from the old town's center. Self check-in option. The host sent me a video showing the easiest way to the room from Piazza Partigiani. Then he sent me the code to open the box and take the key for the room. They gave us the chance to check-in before 3pm (around 13:30). Really powerful hairdryer.

You get the entire apartment at your disposal. Kitchen is equipped with all things necessary. Bed is comfortable, wifi is fast and stable. Facility is on a quiet street and walking distance to all places. Check-in is well arranged and host is punctual, friendly and helpful.

Just on the outskirts of but 10 mins to centre and 4p5 mins to bus station , lovely well quipped rooms with great bed and pillows , with some excellent traditional touches in a modern setting …. Would happily stay again

Great stay. Good and easy communication with the host, easy access to the building. Quiet location just outside of the busiest part of the old town. Easy walk to the center. Comfy bed, spacious and clean room. Would definately stay again.

“A great base for a visit to the wonderful historic centre”
Excellent communication before our visit followed by continuation of this communication whilst in Perugia. Good tips provided on restaurants too ! Loved the location as it was a short uphill walk into the main centre with the cathedral etc. What made the walk special was that it was through the ancient tunnels ( Rocca) which was fascinating. Then the view from the top of the hill over Umbrian hills was magnificent. Accommodation had all that we needed for a short visit with coffee and tea making facilities. Loved it !

“Great and clean private bedroom at an amazing location.”
Everything was great. The bedroom was super clean, the bed was comfortable and clean, the towels were soft and clean. The building is very well located and in minutes you can get to the city centre through the public escalators. The owners were super kind and the instructions were precise. 10/10.

The accomodation is very close to the historic city centre. The room has everything you need: mini fridge, great air conditioning, water kettle etc. Everything was super clean. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp (plus there are photos and videos how to get to the accomodation which is great). Overall, great place!

Perfect location, so close by city center and from bus terminal. Owners of property are a step ahead of tourist needs. Nice little touch to leave a bottle of water on the fridge on arrival, absolutely appreciated it. Spaces were just perfect for us and everything was very well organized. Absolutely loved my staying!

excellent location (also very close to the bus terminal if you arrive from the airport of Perugia by bus), tea/coffee in the room, comfortable bed, communucation with staff via whatsap very fast and efficient the room is not big, but all the necessary is there I would definitley to stay at this place again
