“Most wonderful stay”

We could not have a better accommodation in Perugia than in the Bank Hotel. We were picked up near the parking by two very kind gentlemen from the hotel staff, who helped us with our luggage and led us to the hotel, advising on the occasion about the restaurants. The building itself is lovely. We had 5 wonderful rooms, each one different from the others, each one furnished with a great care. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was served in the main building, 3 minutes walk from the hotel and it was excellent. We were eating in a lodgings with beautiful ceiling paintings. The variety of different products was really impressive. It is rare, that all 10 persons from our group is as satisfied with the accommodation during our trips as we were with our stay in The Bank Hotel and so it is obvious, that we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Excellent location. Very quiet, considering in the pedestrian area. Staff were outstanding, assisting with luggage and ensuring we were looked after. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, Thank you. Breakfast was outstanding we enjoyed the amazing selection of fresh fruit. Definitely recommend staying in this Hotel.

Excellent location but most of all the staff. The whole team was outstanding. They were helpful , friendly and could not do enough to make us comfortable. Samantha, Paolo, stefano, maurizio and a lovely lady on morning reception whose name card I could not read ( Eliza? ). All superb.

The hotel was excellent in most regards. The staff were fantastic, helping with booking restaurants, proactive on attending to any requests all very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were a highlight of each day, beautifully laid out and the staff were always bright and positive. Our rooms had recently been refurbished and were furnished with top end Poliform Italian furniture...we particularly like how the wardrobe had internal lighting, the swirling rimless toilet and the shower with three fittings was HUGE - BRAVO!
