This is a delightful apartment situated right in the heart of the mediaeval city, overlooking a lively pedestrian area filled with restaurants and cafés. Its location is excellent — only a short walk from the main square, taxi rank, Mini Metro, and the escalators leading down to the bus and railway stations, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment itself is spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing that ensures a peaceful stay despite the central location. The furniture and beds were particularly comfortable, and we very much enjoyed the wonderful outlook from both the front and rear of the apartment. Guests should be aware that access involves a fairly steep climb of nearly 90 steps, which may be worth considering if travelling with heavy luggage. However, we felt the elevated position was part of the charm and more than rewarded by the lovely views and unique setting. The owners were exceptionally attentive and welcoming throughout our stay, checking in regularly and responding promptly and helpfully to any questions we had. Their care and communication added greatly to the overall experience.

We had a great stay in Perugia! The place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our group of five, with a cozy feel that made us feel right at home. The location was super central and everything was within easy walking distance, and the host was friendly, kind, and very helpful. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything! This is a wonderful place to stay, great location, beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need. The hosts are lovely and checked in to see if we needed anything. It's also quiet for sleeping, the beds were comfortable and we loved our time there.

“Perfect apartment to explore Perugia”

The apartment, located on the third floor of the building, was in the perfect location - right in the centre of Perugia, on the main shopping street. Host Nicola was excellent! Very clear and thorough in communication regarding the drop off of luggage and parking near by. He met us upon arrival and even helped carry our luggage up the stairs!! The apartment was clean and spacious, and had everything you might need during the stay. Nicola gave us recommendations and was available for any assistance at all times.

Perfect location and very helpful owner

location just right at the center. 5 mintus walk to all tourist attractions. resterants , bars and shops are downstairs. but the room is quiet by the double glass window. this is very important. the apartment is spacious and luminous. we are a family of 6 adults. this apartment is perfect for us. we have a very pleasant stay. the owner Nicola is very helpful. I am highly recommend this bnb to family travelers.

“Well spent time”

The apartment was very spacious. There were lots of bedrooms, huge living room, there were very quiet. The apartment is located in the Centro storico Perugia, near the caffe, national museum of Umria, there are 2 groceries 1 minute away from apartment. There are lots of restaurants in front of the building. The host-Nicola and his wife are very helpful. The contact between guests and Nicola is perfect, he gave us number of Taxi to the airport and gave us maps of the city to make our’s sightseeing easier and much more planned. In the apartment is a coffee machine. Air conditioning works very well! The kitchen is well equipted. Apartment is elegant, like in a palazzo.
