Loved that the landlord was there - always very kind and welcoming the garden is wonderful, and our dog was really welcomed excellent place for us : just outside the city, but with public transports direct to the centre

We were lucky to have such a special place to stay in. Host was extremely helpful and even drove us to the bus station when we were leaving. Very relaxing and peaceful place. Bus stop right outside and easy to get to centre of Perugia and also to the train and bus station.

“Good location but rather for summer season”
Sufficiently large space for two people, well equipped kitchen although there was no coffee machine, only caffettiera. Comfortable large bed and availability of wardrobes. We could also use a washing machine. Bathroom was also fine, although there was a low water pressure in the shower and clogged drain. Free internet access. The biggest advantage was physical location (close outskirts of Perugia) being a good base for exploring Umbria by car, and availability of free parking on place. Driving in Perugia downtown is challenging (many unidirectional, narrow and steep streets) and parkings are expensive (for 5.5h I paid 15 EUR!) hence we really appreciated a location. We never met main host Daniele in person, chatted only via Whatsapp. There were nice co-hosts available on place but they didn't speak English so we had to use translate app to somehow communicate each other.

“Perfect place for us.”
The house was realy perfect. Lot of pivacy in and around the house in its beautiful environment.Center of Perugia nearby. Host very friendly and hospitable. We would like to stay there another time in future.
